Yeah! :D

I got it working in standalone mode. I just overlooked that under midi Input Settings i have to select both preenfm2 and my Midi Keyboard.

No luck about the Editor though. I run Cubase 7 on a Windows 7x64 Laptop.
I tried every possible dll file but nothing works.

Hello to all...

I´ve run into a few issues with the Editor.
First of all how do you guys use it standalone? Do you connect the usb port and a midi keyboard to input notes via the midi input?
I get a lot of stuck notes this way and sometimes changing a parameter dont do anything.

Second one is i cant get the VST version to work. My Cubase doesnt recognise it as a plugin. Maybe i use the wrong .dll file.
Whats the msvcp110.dll file??

Hope someone can help...

Yes!!
It was an Octatrack related problem. I messed something up in the global midi settings.
Now that i´ve loaded up a new project everything is working as its supposed to do. :D

And now its time for some FMy Bass goodness!! 8)

Thanks for your reply...

The Octatrack usually sends midi note on/off and pitch data. I´ve set it up to send on channel one.
I will experiment with the midi channel settings tomorrow.
Unfortunately i´ve never used any midi monitoring programm but i´ll dig into that too.

I´ll keep you posted....

preenfm2 and preenfm3 / [solved] Midi sequencing Problem
« on: June 15, 2014, 10:58:26 PM »
Hello,

finally i´ve put together my preenfm. I´m very happy it about except for one little problem.
I use my preenfm2 in conjunction with an octatrack as sequencer but couldnt get it to work.
when the octatrack is connected via the midi in port i can play the notes nicely with chromatic mode.
but when i place any midi note trigs in the sequencer the preenfm doesent respond to them.
There is no number blinking which shows the midi channel of the selected instrument.
I asked at elektron forum and they said that the midi data of chromatic mode and the sequencer is completely the same.

I´m a total midi noob so....

Any suggestions?

Hi Everyone...

Quick Question:

Will there be new PreenFM2 Kits for sale in the near future?
Is there waiting list?

I would love to build my own because it looks and sounds very promising :D...

Thanks in advance....
