So I've been rearranging my stuff and noticed if I use 1/4th guitar cables in the preenfm2, there's a bad hum for some reason, but if i use my line 6 wireless unit, it works fine with no hum. It's not my cable or system as I'm now using the cables fine for something else. What is causing this hum and how can something like this be fixed? I'm a bit pissed because the person I bought it from a few months ago may have known this too.

preenfm2 and preenfm3 / RANDOMIZER
« on: November 23, 2019, 04:31:39 PM »
Omg I'm in love with the randomizer inside the PreenFM2... I just love any synths or pedals that have that option or a blender option.

My question is how does it work exactly for the PreenFM2? What I mean is we load up a sound, we then go to the rand option and then we click any of the 5 buttons to randomize it. Is it unlimited randomization or does it go to like 128 randomizations and then start back to the beginning or what? Does pressing a certain button out of the 5 do something different compared to the other buttons?

Here's me doing a example of it.

preenfm2 and preenfm3 / OUT OF TUNE? PLEASE HELP
« on: November 18, 2019, 04:54:28 PM »
Something weird happened... a moment ago I started noticing that something was off and some of my keys going out of tune on my keystep midi controller. Like the E key would say D on tuner for a bit then change back or I'll hit a D and then an octave D and they wouldn't sound right at all etc.. Very odd. So I rebooted the system and went right back to the sound i was using and it's back to normal now? Has this happened before to anyone else?

preenfm2 and preenfm3 / PREENFM2 + ARTURIA KEYSTEP MIDI CONTROLLER
« on: November 17, 2019, 07:30:44 PM »
Hello everyone, I'm new here. Just got my already assembled preenfm2 off someone on reverb and arrived yesterday and loving it but I noticed something. When I play something it sounds fine with my keystep controller but then when I click the record button on the controller and go to play again the sound changes? I'm not sure why? I don't think it's my controller as my other synths are fine when using it. Has anyone noticed this? I'm on 2.09 firmware for the preenfm2 and will be updating to the new 2.10 soon.
