PreenFM2 / Master tune???
« on: November 15, 2019, 02:43:41 PM »
Hi,
I've been trialling the Preen for quite a while now and decided this was the instrument I would use in my live sets but then I realised there was no Master tune? very confused how this could be missing from such a great instrument?

Hi
Anyone got any Casio CZ waveforms?
I would have made some myself but I can't find any on the net.

Hi,
Thanks so much for the Preen+Edisyn!
Now we can map every function to a controller :)

I've noticed the fine tune on all the oscillators is scaled incorrectly though, it only goes from -9 to -7, so you can't get past -7?

PreenFM2 / Re: HOLD and turn Preen knobs for faster parameter editing?
« on: October 26, 2019, 03:46:42 PM »
Just wanted to add...
Say for instance you want full velocity on 4 modulation indexes from an initialised state, it takes 15 seconds of RAPID knob turning to make the value go from 0 to 16 x4 is over 1 minute to just adjust velocity on the modulation indexes!

I love the Preen but got damn its painful to edit, we need help Xavier!
Has anyone programmed any midi controllers to fully edit the Preen?
All my controllers only do CC's so I can only semi-edit the Preen.
Maybe a doepfer drehbank, anyone program up a map for that?

PreenFM2 / HOLD and turn Preen knobs for faster parameter editing?
« on: October 25, 2019, 09:13:35 PM »
Hi,
Rather than pressing the encoders to ZERO the value would it not be better to HOLD and turn to increase the rate of change x10?
I've found it pretty slow and frustrating to change large value ranges, I think this would make editing a lot faster and enjoyable.
Thank you for listening,
Robert.
