preen fm2 + Ableton Live 9.12

So i just about finished building my kit, and everything seems to be working ok so far. However, whilst testing i came across a really weird issue that is reproducible at my end.

I am using Ableton Live 9.12 (latest version, OSX 10.8.5) and sending Midi over USB. Everything works if i use an external keyboard and route midi to the preen fm midi port (ch.1), if i record some notes and play the clip (midi sequence in live speak) then the synth responds. However if i manually program a sequence into the clip (with mouse), then it's like those notes aren't there... and no sound.

I tested with Logic 9, and everything works as intended. I'm still testing the synth so i cant guarantee that it might be an issue with my build, but if anyone else has Live 9, I'd appreciate if you could try this out.

FYI, I also installed the latest firmware on the preen via USB stick.

Ok so i had send midi clock enabled on the preen midi device in Live's prefs. If i set to disabled it works fine...  :o

I have Live 8 installed on my windows machine...
I'll give a try to see what Live sends that the preenfm does not like.

I realised I'd accidentally installed firmware v0.9 instead of 1.2. I've now corrected this and everything works as expected so far.  ;D

Now I can make some sounds... And who knows maybe some music!
