No Midi over USB [SOLVED]

I had some Preen boards made (R5d) from the Git files (thank you) and built a couple of Preen's, both using F405's, all is working well except for no midi over USB. The item is switched on in Tools/Settings. I've tried on both with USB JMP connected and not connected. Regular midi works just fine, and I can upload to the USB stick, also running the latest firmware on both. Any ideas?

Yes to both, Ch#1 and USB Midi set to IN/Out

Correction to my first post. I tried it with JMP 2 removed not USB JMP, that was not installed as per build instructions.

Ok crisis over, I plugged the Preen's into another Win10 computer and there it was in midi device's on Midi-Ox, Daw's etc.
I did the Win10 update from Win8, so the installation of the OS has is suspect.
