preenfm2 and preenfm3 / [SOLVED] Fresh build: 7805 is getting hot, device not turning on

I just finished soldering of the kit and cannot turn it on. Jumper 1 + 2 are set. The orientation of 7805 is as it should be. But the preemfm doesn't turn on and 7805 it's getting extremely hot.

To be honest, I'm lost.
