Thank you for the advice and clarifications Xavier. I will dive back into it soon and report back here.

Any ideas anyone? Solid blue LED. Everyone else posts about a blinking LED. Does solid indicate something? My only assumption is the touch screen is dead, and it's an expensive part.

I finally had time to build the PM3. Sadly, PM3 build has failed.

This was a bit of an odd one. The board is quite an old one, version 1.1.

Followed the VanDaal instructions. There is no noticeable cold joint anywhere. It will not display anything on the screen. During shipping the main board lost one of it's 100uf capacitors, so I had to put a larger (through hole) version in it's place. I don't think that is the issue though.

It will turn on the 3 leds Green/Yellow,Blue. Blue stays solid, no blinking. On the screen, I bridged the j1 connection, but that didn't work in either setting.

Does the blue OLED cure the noise issue? I've gone through this thread, but wanted to see if there's any new updates. Can I just swap in a different OLED. I also have the R6.1 SMD board I could replace the original with.

Like this one linked earlier. https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Newhaven-Display/NHD-0420DZW-AB5?qs=GsYt9UssMOHfgDYXALp6kQ%3D%3D

I'd be ok with just going LCD if the noise is gone. I have the white preenfm2 metal case.

This is great news! I'm not even going to ask for any features or anything annoying like that. I'd love to be an early adopter and make a video about it!

Mod matrix is really great Xavier. One thing I think is missing is Envelope Decay as a destination.  Much more useful than release of ALL in my opinion.  This would be great for quick sequence parts.  I occasionally adjust decay of sequences for basslines as well.
