right output not working [resolved]
« on: June 23, 2016, 05:04:02 AM »
Hello, my right output is not working. I double checked every solder/component etc everything seems to be fine.
I inverted the two DAC it doesn't change the output not working. I suspect the volume trim to be the guilty.
I don't really care about the volume knob, can I shortcut it for have my sound working? And how to shortcut it?

I tested by doing a bridge between the right leg and the forth starting from the right. It seems to make the sound work in the right and left outputs, but not sure if it is not just outputing mono sound in both outputs.

Any idea?

OK, found the problem. the right DAC socket had a failure. I did solder manually the faulty legs and it was good  ;D
