Bootloader for mac?

I would like to add files to the USB but I am unable to locate the "Bootloader" app you mentioned. a search for Bootloader for mac didn't yield anything I could makse sense of?

you start the boot loader on the preenfm while you power it on by pressing any key. you then get a menu to choose from, one of the entries lets you read the usb-stick on the pc. just connect the preenfm with an usb cable to your mac and you should be good to go.
