Yellow Oled screen dead?

Hi,
My yellow oled screen stopped functionning after months not using the preen fm.
I still have sound and editor is ok.
Is it a known issue? (no noise from oled...).
I bought the preenfm2 built with steel enclosure from a website (can't remember wich, from eastern Europe I think).

You should check the soldering points of the oled and that it's still correctly in place inside the enclosure.
Never heard about dead OLED but they can die, so why not.

You could poke it a bit. First open the Case by removing 2 screws from the front side (Not top)
And then remove 2 nuts from the Output jacks. And then it opens up.
Try to poke the Screen and see if its contact related issue.

Or Send it back to me, I will fix it for free.
Its not known issue.
I have had one PreenFM running for 2.5years 24/7 non stop.
OLED screen has burned in. So Even after I remove the power I still see the picture on the Screen. But otherthan that it works.

Hi, served and Xavier,
I've tested continuity in the screen, but it seems ok.
But it shows the letters on the screen (but no yellow light) even when the preenfm is off, or when the screen is not mounted: it seems to be burnt!
I know Elektron recently implemented OS "screensaver" on their last Oled units, but the preenFM showed only several hours of functionning (for som reason, I liked the sound, but it didn't fit well in my live setup back then...).
Well, I think I'll send you back for fix, served.
