Preenfm2 hang- error msgs help !

Happened first time in 5 years. Please check photo. How to solve this ? It works shortly after repowering,but suddenly starts showing these codes. Lights flashing continuously. Firmware 2.21 able to update

Do you have any step to reproduce for this ?
or any specific preset that makes the preenfm2 hang ?

Hi Xavier, thanks for your reply.

I’m not really sure but Mayb my own presets cud be the problem cause I remember goin to my folder and this wud occur in 5 seconds.
The unit ran ok for next 4 hrs since I posted this . IL redo today and post my findings.
Strange but concerning.

Hi Xavier, I’m updating the topic again.. I wasn’t home for last 4 months as I was away for work.. now I’m home and I rechecked .. all banks have some files which were renamed strangely and when I load them I get this error message. Also note on powering I get this msg - enter USB key.. which disappears soon after.. is the usb stick probably faulty ?
