preenfm2 and preenfm3 / STM32F4 - serial (which is good/best, wich is bad?)

Hello Friends,

I would like to build my own PreenFM. I looked for the STM32F4, and found, that this is serial, with several types. Look at this link:

There is a cheap version on aliexpress:
