stupid question: how do i update the OS

i have a preen fm3.  i would like to update the OS.  i cannot find instructions to do so any where.  i have no desire to ask this publicly but it is the only resource provided for support that i can find (dont see a link for Xavier's e-mail any where).

i think it might be helpful if update instructions were included in the documentation.  just a thought.

yeah i saw that doc, looked really confusing.  only now do i see the bottom most bit which seems to describe a basic update to an already flashed unit.  also that info is in the "build" section of the manual, which i had totally skipped initially, since i bought mine pre assembled.

just sayin-- it's not so clear, at least to me.
