[solved] PreenFM3 - Can't access SD card via USB

Hi,

I'm the happy new owner of a PreenFM3 (bought prebuild at Van Daal). When I plugged it via USB to my computer (OSX 13.6), it is correctly powered but it seems that the built-in SD card is not detected on my computer. There is no external disk displayed i the computer however I can see in System information / USB details that the PreenFM3 is correctly detected.
I also tried with a PC (Windows 10) and I've got the same problem, I can't find the SD card (or any external storage) in the external devices.

From the PreenFM3, I can see and load banks & presets that seems stored on the SD card.

Any advice?

Hi Alexandre,

The SD card is only accessible from the bootloader.

Press the menu button while powering on your pfm3, then press button 3 "SD card access".
Is it what you did ?
