I made a couple of Riser FX type patches you can load using the PreenFM2 Editor. Note: use the mod wheel to make it "rise."
This is a great synth.

So its fixed now.

I tried flashing 2.02 regular and "o". 2.05 both versions and 2.06 both versions. and it flashed fine but still stayed stuck on the splash screen.

I then removed the USB drive, backed it up and reformatted it. I put the files back on it put it back in the Preen FM2 and now it works fine.

So in the end it seems like the PreenFM2 must have had some issue reading the USB drive over time.

Hi,

My Preen FM2 was working ok on 2.02o and I went to update to 2.06o it now boots to the splash screen (not the black squares, but the one that says "PreenFM2 v2.06 o" and I can't get anything to happen after that.
Any ideas?

I am on Bootloader 1.11.

I was wondering if it were possible to quantize the LFO rate based on which note you play?
For example for C1 you get a quarter note (MC/4) and for C2 you quantize the LFO rate at a 16th note(MC/16).

I think this would be an awesome idea, being able to load new waveforms via USB. Or maybe via an editor?
I think a version of the Shruthi-1 allowed this or something like this for the wavetables.

I had added a formant waveform and compiled my own copy of the os. It was super easy, and everyone on this forum was extremely helpful.

So what I am thinking of trying, when I get a free min or two, is taking the BPF you already implemented, making a formant filter comprised of 5 copies ran in parallel, setting their Q (bw=f/Q) and freq according to an array of values from those tables. Using the encoder to set he formant/vowel.

Would this be processor intensive?
